Peripheral Zoning--2010
In November of 2010, Bob Roland and I attended a meeting of people who were almost uniformly against a proposal by the City of Cape to implement "Peripheral Zoning." We were among those who opposed it. Jay Purcell spoke against it. Someone from the city council or the staff spoke in favor. --Greg Tlapek
